About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Curatorial Project Assistant for the In the Current exhibition which focuses on contemporary practices that are at the forefront of the artworld. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Curator.

About the Company
Stellenbosch Outdoor Sculpture Trust will be hosting the Stellenbosch Triennale 2025, the finest contemporary art from Africa for the world. A showcase for large-scale contemporary art exhibitions, the Stellenbosch Triennale is a non-commercial, multidisciplinary art platform hosting a range of artists from Africa and the diaspora.
Three to five years’ experience working with high-end quality productions
Have worked with large-scale installations and productions e.g. sculpture, installations, and public interventions
Strong administrative skills
Strong communication and planning skillsÂ
Programme management skills essential
An interest in contemporary art practice globally
The position is on a contract basis and will run from September 2024 to April 2025
Required to work both virtually and in-office
Own transport is an advantage. Transport will not be subsidised
